The treatment of obesity through environmental factors such as diet or sedentary lifestyle, requires a change in the patient’s lifestyle to maintain it in the time. For this, the best way to do it is through food education, allowing the patient to manage their own disease in a self-sufficient way and controlling how and when to introduce or eliminate certain foods. That is why this process of re-education will be adapted to the circumstances, tastes and needs of each person at all times.
